Old bootraps didn't work with ppclibemu because of the hacky way to
get the ppc into supervisor mode. With ppc.library there is no clean way
do this so bootstrap wrote to the trapvector. This vector is protected
by wos. That's why I've made bootstrap autodetect pup or wup and use different
methods depending on the result.
